Sep 8, 2005 : Host Color Launches Support Forums

📅 September 8, 2005 - Web hosting provider Host Color (hostcolor.com ) announced this week it has launched new support forums. The company says it plans to create a place where its customers, perspective customers, friends and employees can share ideas and discuss the latest developments in the online world.

The forum provides resources for Web development, including tutorials and how-tos on installing popular Web site software and Web site optimization, as well as free articles and advice on Web site promotion.

Host Color's forum is open to customers and non-customers, as long as they adhere to the rules. Host Color has selected open source phpBB software for its needs.

"For us at Host Color an excellent relationship with our clients is ultimate," says Host Color executive Vesselin Drangajov. "So far with the launch of our new forums the feedback has been extremely positive. Our customers are happy to share their experience, questions or ideas; they are also happy to meet and chat with us, the Host Color staff, in person."
