Sep 26, 2005 : Rackspace Brings Support to Ireland

📅 September 26, 2005 - Rackspace Managed Hosting Europe (rackspace.co.uk -> rackspace.com) announced on Monday that it had partnered with Web hosting provider Host Ireland (hostireland.com -> dediserve.com) to bring its Fanatical Support to the Irish hosting industry.

Rackspace says it is providing Host Ireland with an underlying infrastructure, including Dell Power Edge 2850 servers, and a staff of enterprise level technicians to enable the company to achieve its rapid growth plans. Rackspace's enterprise hosting solutions will also be available through Host Ireland.

"This new partnership gives our customers access to Rackspace's Fanatical Support offering, highly trained technicians and world class technology," says Richard Tarr, general manager of sales and marketing at Host Ireland. "With this unbeatable combination we are posed for rapid growth in Ireland."
