Oct 14, 2005 : Host Color Offers Free Domain Name

📅 October 14, 2005 - Web hosting provider Host Color (hostcolor.com ) announced on Wednesday it is now offering a free .ca or .us domain name with its Mega hosting plan.

The Web host says it is encouraging customers to establish their Web sites under their own country top-level domains, saying Canadian and US extensions provide an alternative to common TLDs such as .com, .net and .org, and help Web site owners to build stronger connection with the local market.

Host Color said it now offers value added pre-installed software, including Word Press blog, phpBB Forum, Mambo Content Management System, Image Gallery, AntiSpam, Antivirus and shopping cart software.

"Besides genuine 24-hour support by ticketing system and toll free phone numbers to our US and Canadian customers, we give our best to provide them with more services that will make their online businesses effective," says Alexander Avramov, Host Color's sales manager. "Later this year we plan to release new version of our NextColor hosting control panel. It will feature spectacular graphics and additional features."
