The survey showed Host Color's support operators achieved an average 12 minutes response time on all support tickets submitted from customers in October 2005. The company has reviewed individual cases and summaries from 2234 support tickets it received.

"We have succeeded at increasing the customer satisfaction of Host Color's services," says Vesselin Drangajov, Host Color's executive director. "At the same time Host Color introduced a lot of new features within the last three months. New tools and preinstalled scripts such as a content management system, image gallery, site builder, forum and blog software made our Max and Mega hosting plans very attractive.

Host Color says that it has simplified the setup process for software applications added to hosting plans, enabling customers to access them from their control panels by filling in a simple form. Customer support is available via toll-free phone number, email, support forums and ticketing system.
