👈 Official Responses: 0) announced on Monday it is celebrating the one year anniversary of its India operations, marking many significant achievements in its global delivery strategy.


Since its inception last year, NaviSite India has increased its staff to 90 employees, successfully transitioned NaviSite's primary network operating center from Andover, Massachusetts to New Delhi, India, and implemented a 24-hour global customer support environment for all core infrastructure management activities, which includes messaging, network management, database administration and server management.

Additionally, NaviSite India has also successfully supported all five managed services data centers in the US and NaviSite's UK data center, and implemented a distributed model for both custom and packaged application development across PeopleSoft, Oracle, and other technologies.
