Looking Glass will provide Voxel Dot Net with its DarkGLASS dark fiber services, EtherGLASS Ethernet transport services and CentraGLASS colocation services. Voxel Dot Net chose Looking Glass for its diverse dark fiber transport capabilities, which will provide unlimited scalability for its high bandwidth clients.
"We were able to expand our network to key carrier hotels in the New York metro area, including Equinix Newark, 111 Eighth Avenue and Telehouse - all initially interconnected with 10GB Ethernet speeds," says Raj Dutt, CEO of Voxel. "Our ability to reach transit providers and peers is maximized. This ultimately results in a better performing, more resilient network for our customers."
In addition to its transport services, Looking Glass also delivered 3,000 square feet of private data center space to Voxel, built to its specific needs. Voxel provides managed hosting services including dedicated servers, high availability managed clusters and managed application deployment.
