📅 June 8, 2006 - Web hosting provider NetPivotal (netpivotal.com -> ionos.com) announced on Tuesday it has upgraded its shared hosting product range. All Linux and Windows plans now include up to 25 percent more bandwidth and 50 percent more disk space.

The upgrades include 3 GB of disk space and 100 GB of bandwidth per month, with five MySQL databases and a free domain name for $7.49 a month. Power users can also upgrade to 9 GB of disk space and 140 GB of bandwidth on the newly enhanced Super Plan.

The upgraded plans are available to both new and existing customers.
