📅 - In one of the largest data center acquisitions ever recorded, BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), NVIDIA, MGX, Microsoft, and other members of the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership (AIP) have agreed to acquire Aligned Data Centers from Macquarie Asset Management and its co-investors for approximately $40 billion.
