Digital Realty Expands with Third Data Center in Lagos, Nigeria

📅 August 25, 2025 - Global provider of carrier-neutral data center, colocation, and interconnection services, Digital Realty, has announced the opening of its third data center in Lagos, Nigeria, strengthening its position in West Africa and advancing the region's digital transformation.

The new facility, LKK2, located in the Lekki coastal district, adds nearly 13,000 square feet of data hall space and approximately 2 megawatts of installed IT capacity, catering to the rising demand for high-performance, scalable infrastructure across Nigeria and the wider region.
