👈 Official Responses: 0) announced on Wednesday it has launched its newly revamped Web site. With the help of online marketing technologies provider Sleekbanners (sleekbanners.com), says HiVelocity, the new site was made significantly more customer friendly. 


"I think server admins far and wide will be very pleased with the new site, especially when they see the plethora of online documentation we have made available to them," says HiVelocity GM Steven Eschweiler. "We have worked very hard to empower our customers to achieve the skill sets and training one needs to maintain a stable server. Now any of our customers can simply go to our site and find answers to 90 percent of the questions they have about administering a server with any OS or control panel."

HiVelocity has made available to its customers an extensive knowledge base with answers to questions on every operating system and control panel supported by the company. 

The new Web site provides customers with an online trouble-shooter, customer forum and flash tutorials for cPanel, DirectAdmin, Hsphere, Plesk and HostingController.
