📅 - European data center operator NorthC has secured the long-term future of its Munich facility by renewing its lease with real estate company Allgemeine Südboden AG. The agreement extends for another 25 years and covers 4,800 square meters of data center space in the Neue Balan campus, one of Munich's most established business districts.
The facility provides 2MW of IT capacity across 5,000 square meters and has been a key part of NorthC's German footprint since the company acquired local provider IP Exchange from q.beyond in 2022.
