The third annual Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America list was announced on June 26 at the Society for Human Resource Management's 58th Annual Conference & Exposition in Washington, D.C. The list ranks the top 25 small and top 25 medium-sized companies in America that employ management strategies to develop successful organizations with highly productive and satisfied workforces.

Rackspace, which also ranked #16 on Texas Monthly's 2006 Top 50 Places to Work in Texas and #6 on the Sunday Times 2006 Best Small/Medium Companies to Work for in the U.K., promotes job flexibility within the organization, enabling employees to find the job that best suits their personal strengths.
