📅 - Bit Digital (Nasdaq: BTBT), a digital infrastructure firm specializing in high-performance computing (HPC), has secured the rights to a new data center development in Saint-Jrme, Qubec. The acquisition supports its five-megawatt (MW) colocation agreement with Cerebras Systems, a company known for its innovations in generative AI infrastructure.
The facility, referred to as MTL-3, spans 7.7 acres and is expected to total approximately 202,000 square feet. It is being developed to meet Tier 3 standards, in line with current colocation requirements.
