Blackstone Investing Â£10B in QTS UK Data Center for AI and Cloud

📅 March 5, 2025 - Investment giant Blackstone and its digital infrastructure subsidiary, QTS, are set to transform the Cambois site inNorthumberland, United Kingdom, into a state-of-the-art data center complex. With a planned investment of up to 10 billion, the project will be one of the largest data center developments in Western Europe, positioning QTS at the forefront of AI and cloud computing infrastructure.

Blackstone, which previously acquired the 133-acre (540,000 square meter) site for 110 million, secured planning permission to proceed with the development.
