📅 - Alibaba Cloud has launched its second data center in Thailand. The expansion is aimed at meeting the rising demand for cloud computing services, particularly for generative AI applications, while also supporting the Thai governments digital transformation initiatives and sustainability goals.
With the addition of this facility, Alibaba Cloud continues to strengthen its foothold in Southeast Asia, offering businesses enhanced cloud computing solutions. The company now operates 86 availability zones across 28 regions globally, reaffirming its position as a major cloud service provider in the region. Alibaba Cloud previously launched its first data center in Thailand in 2022.
