CyrusOne Expands to Italy with Its First Sustainable Data Center in Milan

📅 December 9, 2024 - Global data center developer and operator CyrusOnehas announced its entry into the Italian market with the launch of its first data center in Milan. Dubbed MIL1, the facility is set to deliver state-of-the-art digital infrastructure to one of Europes emerging data center hubs. This move marks a strategic expansion for the company as it seeks to meet the growing demand for hyperscale and enterprise cloud services across Europe.

Located in the Municipality of Segrate, East Milan, CyrusOnes new facility will occupy an 18.5-acre site strategically positioned at the crossroads of Italy, Europe, and the Mediterranean.
