📅 - Real estate fund managers globally are increasingly focusing ondata centersas other asset classes - like offices and retail - face more difficult circumstances. With a combined target size of over $50 billion, more than 50 real estate firms are aggressively pursuing exposure to data centers via capital raising on a global scale.
Forty percent of this total cash is being obtained expressly for data center investments, according to a study by international law firm Linklaters.
