EXA Infrastructure Acquires Bulgarian Telecom Provider GCN
📅 - EXA Infrastructure has reached a deal to buy Global Communication Networks (GCN), a Bulgarian telecom provider that provides services on its 2,500 km national fiberoptic network. This acquisition marks a significant expansion of EXA Infrastructures strategic assets in South-Eastern Europe. EXA Infrastructures key asset base in South-Eastern Europe will grow significantly with this transaction.
EXA Infrastructure will purchase all of GCNs products and services, including colocation, wavelength, and dark fiber, as part of the agreement. Financial terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.
