📅 - Last Friday, China Mobile International (CMI) officially activated the PEACE undersea cable, a 15,000-kilometer network connecting Singapore and France, with further extensions to other European nations. This ambitious project aims to provide fast, flexible, and open connectivity between Asia and Europe, addressing growing global demands for high-capacity, low-latency bandwidth services.
The PEACE cable was developed through a collaboration between CMI and 11 partners, designed to serve carriers, OTT service providers, and businesses with neutral and adaptable interconnection services.
