Novva Data Centers Announces 300MW Campus in Mesa, Arizona
📅 - A new campus ofNovva Data Centershas been announced in Mesa. Water-free cooling, rainfall capture, solar energy, dark sky lighting, atmospheric water generation, and dedicated acreage that provides public pathways for the community are some of the features that will be included in the 300MW Technology Campus.
Specializing in supplying purpose-built facilities, Novva Data Centers will construct a data center campus with a capacity of 300 megawatts (MW) on 160 acres of property located in southeast Mesa, outside of the 202 circle, at the northwest alignment of Ellsworth and Warner roads. A state land auction was held in August of 2023, and Novva was able to purchase the acres.
