TierPoint Investing $150M to Convert St. Louis Building into Data Center

📅 August 13, 2024 - With an investment of up to $150 million, TierPoint, a leading supplier of connected and secured IT platform solutions that drive digital transformation projects, has acquired a building in downtown St. Louis and intends to convert it into an enterprise-grade data center. The buyer and seller of the building were not made public. A major Fortune 100 company has already signed as an anchor tenant.

The acquired building is 13,5,800 square feet in total and is situated at 2300 Locust Street in St. Louis.
