Samsung Begins Mass Production of Most Advanced 14nm EUV DDR5 DRAM


October 12, 2021 - Advanced memory technology vendor Samsung Electronics has started mass producing the industry's smallest, 14-nanometer, DRAM based on extreme ultraviolet technology.
