Avaya Unveils Avaya OneCloud for Service Cloud on Salesforce App Exchange

📅 July 5, 2021 - Avaya has launched its Avaya OneCloud for Service Cloud on Salesforce AppExchange. Customers will be able to connect Avaya OneCloud to Salesforce Service Cloud and get "powerful" voice and AI benefits that would allow for high quality customer service experiences.
