📅 July 3, 2021 - Barracuda Networks, a network solutions vendor delivering cloud-enabled networking products and services, has reached a definitive agreement to buy SKOUT Cybersecurity. The acquired company is a Melville, NY-based provider of cyber-as-a-service software for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and provider of an extended detection and response (XDR) platform and service.
