Cisco Buys Sedona Systems ‘for $100M’ to Expand Optical Networking Portfolio

📅 May 13, 2021 - Cisco has acquired Sedona Systems, a start-up from Israel who's NetFusion Platform automatically discovers, aggregates, and analyzes network data from multiple online systems as well as optical and IP sources. Although financial details of this acquisition were not officially disclosed, the deal would be estimated at $100 million.
