Secureworks to Acquires AI-powered Cybersecurity Company Delve Laboratories

📅 September 14, 2020 - Software-driven cybersecurity solutions provider Secureworks (NASDAQ:SCWX) has acquired Delve – a cybersecurity company delivering AI-powered solutions. Delve was founded in 2014 and has offices in Montreal and New York City. Financial terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.
