Palo Alto Networks Completes $150M Acquisition of Aporeto

📅 December 27, 2019 - Global cybersecurity solutions provider, Palo Alto Networks, has completed its acquisition of Aporeto, a machine identity-based microsegmentation company. Palo Alto Networks has paid approximately $150 million in cash to acquire Aporeto.
