📅 April 24, 2019 - Fastly (fastly.com), a global edge cloud platform and content delivery network (CDN) with Points of Presence (PoPs) at the center of the highest density Internet Exchange Points in cities around the world, has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering (IPO).
