Apr, 2018 : #Zayo Acquires Colocation Data Center in McLean, Virginia


zayo.com logo📅 - Zayo Group, a global provider of data center solutions including fiber and bandwidth connectivity, as well as colocation and cloud infrastructure, has acquired a data center in McLean, Virginia. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The 62,000 square feet colocation facility is Zayo's second colocation data center in Northern Virginia and is located at 1764 Old Meadow Lane. Zayo has planned to upgrade the critical power at the site to three megawatts (MW) and enhance systems resiliency, security, audit certifications, and network connectivity.
