e-shelter Expands European Data Center Presence, Announces Colocation Facility in Amsterdam

📅 March 29, 2018 - e-shelter, a European data center colocation provider continues its rapid growth trajectory and announces the development of its first data center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The subsidiary of NTT Communications has acquired a 40,000 square meters development site in Schiphol-Rijk and secured planning permission for 16,000 square meters of IT space across two buildings. Construction of the colocation facility is now underway.

With a presence in all key city-markets of the DACH-region, e-shelter leverages 300 MW of power capacity to deliver scalable colocation data center solutions.
