The New York Attorney General Has Urged Charter Communications to Clean Up Broadband Reputation


📅 - Charter Communications has gained a reputation most would not be so proud of and the New York attorney general has urged the company to improve broadband service for former customers after they took over Time Warner Cable for $55 billion. The company has intentions on phasing out the Time Warner Cable brand because of the low marks it has received from customers for many years.

The brand had made promises of blazing-fast internet speeds for fast downloading of music, TV and movies. However, the speeds Time Warner Cable customers received in New York certainly didn't live up to this promise.
