📅 - On Tuesday, LeaseWeb USA announced it's acquisition of Nobis Technology group, the parent company of Ubiquity Hosting. The acquisition is expected to build out Nobis' infrastructure and leverage its positioning in the gaming and enterprise-level hosting and cloud markets.
Ubiquity's 7 data centers in the U.S. are included in the acquisition, along with its legions of hosting and cloud customers.
