📅 - Livestream, a hosting and video streaming service, recently announced they have suffered a breach. They have at least 300K active accounts and notified customers of the breach this week. Livestream has advised customers to reset passwords immediately.
The company doesn't store payment information, but email addresses were put at risk with this breach. They don't know what has actually caused the breach or what has been compromised. .

The proposed settlement would provide Oracle users with the ability to uninstall older versions of Java SE, which are used by more than 850 million computers.
The FTC believes Oracle was aware of the vulnerabilities of Java when they purchased it in 2010. Oracle will have to notify customers during the process of updating, per the settlement, and will need to provide an option for uninstalling the older versions of Java SE. .
