📅 - Deluxe Corporation announced recently that they have acquired the Boca Raton, Florida company Datamyx. Datamyx is an integrated information technology and analytics solutions company.
Deluxe is known as a growth engine for businesses and provides services to over 4.5 million small business customers. They cater mainly to financial institutions with services for fraud prevention, checks, customer acquisition and data analytics.
The deal was worth about $160 million, which Deluxe paid in cash. The acquisition will allow for even more opportunities for Deluxe. They will be able to offer new solutions to their clients. .
