📅 December 14, 2006 - Web hosting provider Flexihostings (Flexihostings.net -> fxhosts.net) announced on Thursday it has launched its new virtual private server plans on top of its existing hosting packages.


Without the cost of a dedicated server, Flexihostings VPS delivers the benefits of a private environment with its own independent operating system, Web server, mail server, and software instances. The VPS plans also provide Flexihosting customers with greater customization on its applications, the ability to reboot its own server, full access to operating system and full root access.

The company says its new VPS plan offers more flexibility to clients, enabling them to choose between cPanel and Direct Admin control panel applications to be installed into its server. The VPS plan starts at $34.95 per month and customers who sign up before December 31 will receive two months of free hosting.

Flexihosting provides a range of services to small and medium-sized businesses, including Web hosting, managed dedicated servers, wholesale and reseller hosting, domain registration and SMS marketing.
