The 27th Annual event took place on Aug. 28 at the Seawell Grand Ballroom in Denver.

ViaWest was selected as the top telecom company in Colorado this year because of its innovative data center developments, financial performance and commitment to the customer experience.

ColoradoBiz Magazine's primary mission is to inform and educate the region's business professionals about the issues, people and management trends at the forefront of influencing economic conditions in Colorado and the western United States. The publication's premier Top Company Awards competition is judged on three criteria: financial performance, community involvement and outstanding achievement in areas such as product innovation, operational excellence or marketing effectiveness.

Compark features 140,000 square feet of raised floor, 29 MW of redundant power capacity, and an expected Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) rating of 1.2.
