📅 January 8, 2007 - Outsourced Web hosting support service provider ThinkSupport (thinksupport.net) announced on Monday that it has begun offering free Kayako and Modernbill licenses to customers of its 24/7 Semi-Dedicated or 24/7 Dedicated support packages.

The company says the promotion is designed to satisfy the requirements of any company seeking to flourish in the hosting business. ThinkSupport says it considers several factors key to a Web hosting provider's success, including a good billing software, a good support software that makes it easy for clients to contact the host and a round the clock support system that provides live support to clients and their resellers.

The free licenses offered depend on the exact package signed up for by the customer.
