phoenixnap.com logo📅 - Company cites pricing changes within the cloud market as motivating factors in reducing its prices.

Phoenix NAP (phoenixnap.com), a next-generation data center and network access point, yesterday announced that its Secured Cloud offering, an enterprise-grade, high-performance IaaS cloud hosting solution, is lowering all of its prices. The company cited pricing changes within the cloud market as motivating factors in reducing its prices.

The company avers that starting as low as 2.5 cents per hour, Secured Cloud is significantly reducing all of its virtual machine pricing. Eight vCPUs with 64 vRAM were previously $3.72 per hour; they are now only $1.20 per hour. The entire cloud pricing chart can be viewed at http://www.phoenixnap.com/secured-cloud/about-our-cloud/pricing.php.

"We are excited to unveil Secured Cloud's new and improved pricing," said Ian McClarty, Phoenix NAP President. "Reducing our prices not only helps address market demand and business requirements, but also provides our current and future customers with a vast array of low-cost options to help maximize their investment."

"In addition to lowering the prices of our virtual machines, Secured Cloud customers will see other areas where our prices have been reduced," added McClarty. "Incoming bandwidth will now be offered free of charge and storage fees have also been reduced."
