Media Lab, Inc., a provider of image editing tools, yesterday announced a partnership with UK2 Group, a provider of web hosting solutions, providing SiteGrinder customers with an optimized hosting solution for SiteGrinder generated and managed websites. The company claims that the partnership will greatly enhance the SiteGrinder 3 user experience providing a complete solution from the initial web design in Photoshop all the way to deployment of the website to the internet. It adds that SiteGrinder 3 hosting will be managed by MidPhase, one of UK2 Group's thirteen brands.

The company articulates that the MidPhase technical support staff can be reached by phone, live chat, or email 24x7. Their top tier data centers feature redundant power sources, multiple network carriers, and data backup services. SiteGrinder 3 users will receive an additional 6 months free hosting with a 2 year commitment at $6.95 per month. With a one year commitment at $8.95 per month they will receive an additional 2 months free.

According to it, SiteGrinder 3 allows graphic designers, photographers, artists or anyone to easily transform their Photoshop designs into CSS and XHTML standards-compliant websites without writing a single line of code. For developers who want to improve their work flow, all code generated by SiteGrinder 3 is fully editable in Dreamweaver or any other CSS or HTML editor.

The company explains that on the PC, SiteGrinder 3 is compatible with Windows XP and later, including Windows 7. It requires Photoshop 7 or later including the latest Photoshop CS5, or Photoshop Elements 6, 7 and 8. On the Mac, SiteGrinder 3 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.1 or greater, Photoshop CS3 CS4 or CS5 (Mac OS X 10.4 or later for the Intel-based Mac), or Photoshop Elements 6, 7 and 8. Websites created using SiteGrinder 3 are compatible with all popular web browsers including the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.
