Hosting Metro, Inc., a hosting provider, today announced that it has acquired Win Web Hosting, a Windows web host company. The company states that with the agreement in place, it is migrating existing services and marketing to its own operations, and will be able to offer Win Web Hosting customers expanded support through a dedicated 24/7 support line, as well as additional hosting features and services previously unavailable to Win Web Hosting customers. Some of these new features include Cloud Hosting, Cloud Storage, VPS, Dedicated Servers and shared web hosting.

Tony Chu, CEO of Hosting Metro, stated, "By acquiring Win Web Hosting, we looked to increase our support of Windows by integrating the expertise of Win Web Hosting's development and support teams into our already reliable infrastructure. In addition, with our recent integration of ASP.NET 4.0 and our pending rollout of the newest Windows control panel Enkompass on September 1st, we feel that this is a perfect time to expand our Windows capabilities and service offerings."

Musa Gursay, former CEO of Win Web Hosting has agreed to stay on with the new company and will continue to provide consultation services focused on the Windows community.
