Open-Xchange, a provider of open source collaboration software, today announced that Sachsen DV, a data center operator for security critical applications, is launching business-class e-mail and groupware as Software as a Service (SaaS) for their mid-sized and enterprise customers based on Open-Xchange.
The company articulates that Sachsen DV addresses the specific needs of large enterprise customers with redundant infrastructure components, dedicated and high-availability server architecture, as well as 24/7 support. Sachsen DV provides a high performance infrastructure and services that include monitoring, systems management, as well as support offerings for Open-Xchange. Customers can opt for additional services, such as long-term archiving and consulting services for migration and integration of e-mail and groupware.
