Top Hosting Center Offers R1Soft CDP as Free Cloud Backup Service

📅 April 5, 2010 - A new partnership with R1Soft offers company's customers the most reliable data backup technology today.

Top Hosting Center, a division of Proweb Consultant, today announced the availability of R1Soft High-Performance Continuous Data Protection (CDP). The company says that the data protection technology will be offered as a free service to all of its Linux Cloud Hosting Clients. It claims that R1Soft's next-generation CDP software will allow it to protect its clients' data with advanced disk-to-disk backup technology.

The company adds that its clients will also benefit from free restore access with an easy-to-use, intuitive interface to manage backups and restores. It explains that through this partnership, its cloud products will include free R1Soft data protection with daily backups and 15 days of restore points. Its customers will also enjoy 15 days worth of database backups with restore points available every six hours. Initially, the service will only be offered on Linux servers. Extended data protection is also available to customers with large databases. The company articulates that the R1Soft backup technology will bypass the file system and backup data at the block level for ultra high-performance data protection and greater peace of mind.
