RoseHosting, a division of Rose Web Services, was on top of the list for December with two awards. RoseHosting is being recognized by RealMetrics for 100 percent uptime in the VPS category as well as number one VPS CPU speed.
Additionally, RoseHosting's support response time for December was one of the best overall with an average response time of less than 15 minutes, says RealMetrics.
RealMetrics sets up accounts with hosting providers and monitors them for uptime, Web speed, email reliability, email latency and support response time. Uptime performance is monitored every 30 seconds from five locations across the US.
