SingleHop, a managed web-hosting provider, today announced an extended strategic partnership with cPanel, a hosting automation software provider. The two companies have agreed that cPanel will provide SingleHop with extensive dedicated support, access to the latest builds and cutting edge releases - including the upcoming premier of Enkompass, a control panel for dedicated servers running Windows. In turn, SingleHop is participating in annual training, conferences and will work directly with cPanel to offer clients free migrations from other control panels. Furthermore, SingleHop will offer a low price for cPanel's products in the Industry.
The company says that it will continue offering and providing control panels from other vendors, this agreement cements the close relationship that the two companies have enjoyed in the past few years.
Aaron Phillips, VP of Operations at cPanel, mentioned that ''SingleHop's, commitment to the cPanel product provides both organizations focus and a high level of support. Through ongoing internal programs such as managed migrations, onsite training, and our annual conference, SingleHop has built a brand and partnership that is the result of hard work and teamwork.''
Mr Phillips' counterpart at SingleHop, VP of Operations, Andy Pace, expressed how ''this new partnership will provide SingleHop with increased abilities to assist clients throughout their relationship with our company''.
