📅 - According to .MX re-opening process, domain name registrations directly under .MX will be open to all public from September 1st.
NIC Mexico, the independent organization that manages the .MX cctTLD, today announced that domain name registrations directly under .MX will be open to all public from September 1st, according to .MX re-opening process. The company explains that as it was opportunely informed, the .MX reopening is being released in phases, through an ordered process which gave priority to the current holders of .MX domains under the current available classifications: .COM.MX, .NET.MX, .ORG.MX, .EDU.MX or .GOB.MX.
It avers that this process is divided in 3 stages:
