Rochen Limited, a provider of business-class web hosting and reseller hosting solutions, today announced the launch of Rochen UK, a United Kingdom hosting division offering a range of business hosting, reseller hosting and managed virtual server solutions for customers based in Europe.

The company states that the new U.K. hosting services are modeled after its existing U.S.-based services. It claims that it fully owns and operates all hosting infrastructure, and all hosting plans include access to Rochen Vault managed backups, at no additional charge. It adds that it has also deployed its 24/7 technical support for U.K customers, including with certified engineers physically located in the U.K.

The company explains that customers have requested U.K-based hosting services for a variety of reasons. Namely, by physically locating servers in England, the U.K.-based hosting plans offer reduced latency for connections originating in Europe. It avers that the U.K-based services also satisfy data protection requirements for business within European Union member nations, which require data to be stored within the EU.
