Parallels, a provider of virtualization and automation software, today announced that LiquidWeb, a provider of web hosting products and data center infrastructure, will offer Parallels Plesk Panel 9.0 on its dedicated and virtualized servers. The company states that by adding its hosting automation control panel software to its Linux based servers, LiquidWeb is able to increase per server profitability and provide its entire customer base with the most stable and secure multi-platform hosting control panel on the market.

It adds that LiquidWeb started offering Parallels Plesk Panel on its Windows servers and is now expanding this to include the 80% of its servers that are Linux based. The company further states that the intuitive interface is easy to navigate and enables LiquidWeb to present all of its customers with a way of making cumbersome tasks quick and straight-forward, regardless of their operating system. This gives small-and-medium sized business owners the ability to save money and better manage their servers without needing to employ a large IT team.
