👈 Official Responses: 0) announced on Thursday it has opened a 1,500 square foot dedicated customer support facility to house its growing customer support department.

Located at 12001 Science Drive, just adjacent to the campus of the University of Central Florida, the new office is about 10 miles east of HostDime's international headquarters in downtown Orlando.

With its close distance to UCF, the company says it will continue to draw on its relationship with the school and hire UCF students and graduates as interns and full time employees.

The new office has capacity for up to 50 employees. This includes 20 new hires the company will be making in the next several months, which is impressive considering the increasing job cuts amid a deepening recession.

HostDime will also relocate employees from the downtown office.

The additional employees will help the company reach its goal of offering an average response time of no more than 15 minutes on all customer support requests.
