According to the company's Tuesday announcement, tyBit uses proprietary technologies and algorithms to enable quick comparison shopping, searching millions of products and services, including financial services, travel, automobiles, real estate and education. In the course of a search, tyBit submits queries to multiple search engines, stores and directories, presenting the end user with a single page of results in either a web or a desktop version.

For marketers, tyBit said it has become an efficient sales channel because of its highly qualified traffic and performance-based pricing.
