📅 June 20, 2008 - Web hosting providers Impact Global Communications (igchosting.com -> easyname.com) and LittlBUGer.info Downloads and Hosting Services, announced earlier this month they have agreed to a merger agreement, where IGC will acquire LittlBUGer.info (littlbuger.info) and all of its related services.

Under the terms of the agreement, which was approved by both companies' directive heads, LittlBUGer.info Hosting Services' customer policies and procedures will not be modified.

According to the terms of an editorial contract, both companies agree that original LittlBUGer.info founder Randy Senn will continue to hold office in order to assure the "continued integrity and independence of services."

"Given the LittlBUGer.info long and distinguished history with IGC, we appreciate how much effort is utilized to maintain a quality of service that only Randy can and will continue to provide," says Adam Gratton, CEO of Impact Global Communications. "I want to offer Randy Senn and LittlBUGer.info Downloads and Hosting Services my thanks, and an assurance that our company and our cooperation will be equally strong custodians."

The merger agreement enables growth within LittlBUGer.info and its services without changing its overall performance, stability and other factors contributing to its restrictions, says the company.

Impact Global Communications says it will help LittlBUGer.info to ensure that the current and future customer base may continue personalization of the company's product, while making extensive improvements in service.

Founded in 2000, Impact Global Communication says it provides enterprise software support and services, including shared and reseller hosting, VPS, web design, database programming, marketing, domain registration, logo design and banner design.

The company serves mostly enterprise software vendors and IT consulting firms for global customer support, including direct services to enterprise customers.
